Refund policy

Scents are subjective. Therefore, no returns accepted. Refund offered for items that have not yet shipped. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must not have shipped. Please email me as soon as possible to ensure your order has not shipped. To start a refund, you can contact us at info@glitterati.com.


Damages and issues
Not responsible for lost, stolen or mis-delivered items marked "Delivered" by the carrier.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We reserve the right to refuse sale or cancel for any reason and will offer a full refund. Overselling by the website might result in a partial or complete refund. You will be notified in such an event.

We will notify you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
