Shipping policy
Pre orders have a 6-8 week TAT (turn around time). We may use a variety of shipping methods, including but not limited to USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, or economy or UPS. A tracking email will be automatically generated and sent to the email you used at checkout. Orders may ship in batches after production ends or they may all go out together at the end of the 8 week TAT. I will try to communicate more info in a post on the Facebook group (Glitterati Wax).
If you need me to hold your order for shipping at a later date, please email me at info@glitteratiwax.com with instructions on when to ship your order.
Orders ship to the address provided during checkout. Any change in shipping instructions must be pre-approved and received in writing to the following email: please contact me at info@glitteratiwax.com if your address needs to be amended. Addresses cannot be changed once your order has shipped.
Whenever feasible, I will combine orders and refund related shipping overages. At this time, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95. This is subject to change without notice as postal rates increase.
